Not many updates from me lately. Not because my creative juices haven’t been flowing. I’ve started got about 10 projects in the works but still need a few things to complete them and they are just so hard to find. Like wooden buttons in the correct size. And chalk. Okay, the chalk isn’t hard. I’ve just been lately. 🙂
Anywhoo, I saw this wonderful idea on Dream Green DIY that was cute, simple, and I knew I had everything I needed to complete it: A DIY dry erase board using a picture frame. We spent last night reorganizing photos and hanging new pictures, and there was this left over picture frame that I didn’t know what to do with, so I just stuck it beside the desk. It was perfect for this!
I simply typed out “I love you because…” in Word, printed it, cut it to frame, and assembled it. I then stuck a button and a crocheted flower (part of an uncompleted project, actually) on the side and wrote on the glass with dry erase marker. Perfect!
